Kesar and Elaichi is a rich and mouth-melting sweet prepared from cashew nuts and milk solids flavored with a touch of saffron and that's called Kesar Elaichi Cashews. Spice consists of whole or ground dried fruits, or seeds, of Elettaria cardamomum. The dried thread-like parts of the flower (stigmas) are used to make saffron spice, food coloring, and medicine.
